it is a cold start for some we are just above the freezing mark in livermore. 37 in concord. mid '40's for downtown san francisco. i mentioned a dense fog especially in the north bay and along the coastline for highway 1. drive with caution. allow yourself extra time. futurecast 4 takes a look at the temperatures. by 12 we are talking 50s and 60s. 60s inland for our north bay spots.
